My water has been looking good. However, the blue residue that was forming on the one titanium electrode is still doing so. It doesn't seem as bad but is still forming (but only on one titanium electrode. Why is this happening? I confirmed zero phosphates in the water. |
| A: | Can we put a voltage meter on both bolt heads, it is possible the crimp is loose on the connector or we have a hairline crack in the wire-- this is like a fine stereo speaker. The same DC meter probes in the female ends can confirm both leads are giving power and the polarity is reversing. Peg the meter between 5 and 25 volts DC and watch for the polarity reversal, indicated as plus/minus. As we alternate anode and cathode the interval should be constant, close to one minute thirty seconds. Running on half power will generate a slight uniform haze. If we are losing the voltage at a bolt head but it is in the female lead a re-crimp with a pliers would be the fix, very few turbo boxes have issues. |
