I have a Sundance Spa with the ECOsmarte system installed in it.  When testing the water, the ph is correct, but the copper reading is too high. What is the solution, besides draining the water & starting over.  Also, what would make the filters turn blue?

The filters turn blue because of the high copper. You will need to drop one foot of water and soak the filter in acid/water for one half hour. Please also confirm that your filter cycle is only running six hours with the unit in high oxygen.

ITEMS THAT CAN CAUSE (In order of Likelihood)
1) Filter cycle is too long: 6 hours oxygen per day.
2) Chamber is in backwards - the oxygen anodes and arrow on the chamber.
3) pH and or calcium.
